Sibanthracite Group social programs for its employees cover all areas of life. They include reimbursement of sanatorium and health resort treatment; free holidays in camps for children from large families; annual preventive medical checks; cultural and sporting events for our employees; long term incumbency bonus; supply of free coal for domestic needs or supplemental heat supply benefits; financial help for those who need it, etc.

Training

Sibanthracite Group implements programs for training and skills upgrading both within the company, and in the branch universities and educational institutions. The Group employees are actively making proposals for improving processes; the best ideas are being implemented into practice. The Group employees take part in top engineering championships and forums: CASE-IN, “Mining School”, “Coal Energy”, Youth Day of the Russian Energy Week, etc.

As a part of this project, Siberian Anthracite is cooperating with Kuzbass State Technical University. In particular, the target agreements guarantee that students of 3-4 courses of the mine survey and geology departments would have enhanced education and ensured employment with Siberian Anthracite. An interactive program with the leading universities of Novosibirsk has been developed in which the target need of Siberian Anthracite for specialists of certain professions has been set until 2030. In order to attract high-potential people who live near Siberian Anthracite, it’s cooperating with technical and secondary schools of the Iskitim district. It includes visiting company facilities by students and children of our employees, and conducting occupational guidance in the educational institutions telling about the specifics of different mining specialties.
